MyShop for Restaurants connector (ChatGPT app and MCP connector). Last updated 2026-10-07.

This policy covers the connector served at https://grow-usa-mcp-production.up.railway.app/mcp, operated by My Shop USA Inc., 1590 NE 162nd St, Suite 500, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, USA ("MyShop", "we"). It explains what the connector receives when an AI assistant calls its tools, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what you can do about it. 1. Data we collect

Information tools (recommend_solution, list_solutions, get_solution, show_everything, keep_piece, confirm_removal, list_agents, get_agent, search_agents)	The tool arguments the assistant sends: a short description of your restaurant's need, a solution or agent name, a feature you already have, and a language code. We do not ask for personal data in these tools; if you include any in your message, the assistant may pass it along as part of the need text.
book_demo (ChatGPT)	Nothing beyond an optional language code. It returns a booking link; the details you enter on that booking page are collected there, under this same policy.
request_quote (other assistants, e.g. Claude)	Business name, business owner's name, email address, phone number and business address (street, city, state, ZIP, country), plus the platform features you chose to switch off.
Technical data	Request time, the tool called, the assistant's client name and user-agent. Your IP address is used in memory only, for rate limiting, and is not stored by the connector.

We do not receive your chat history, your assistant account details, or any payment card data through this connector.

2. Why we use it

To answer your question with the matching MyShop solution.
For request_quote and demo bookings: to create your price quote or meeting, email it to you, and follow up about it.
To operate, secure and debug the service (preventing abuse, investigating errors).

We do not sell your data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.

3. Who receives it

MyShop's own sales team and quoting system (for quotes and demos only).
Service providers that process data on our behalf: our cloud hosting provider (Railway) and our email delivery provider, which sends the quote or meeting invitation.
If you choose to sign and pay a quote, the payment processor (Stripe) handles that step on its own page.
Authorities, when required by law.

The AI assistant you use (for example OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude) sees what you type and what the connector returns under its own privacy policy.

4. How long we keep it

Server logs (tool name, time, need text up to 300 characters, client name): deleted automatically within 30 days. For request_quote the log line never contains your name, phone, address or email — only field names, country/state and a one-way hash.
Quote and demo records (contact details and the quote): kept while we are in contact about the quote, and deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer (then your customer agreement applies) or the law requires longer retention.

5. Your choices and controls

The information tools work without any personal data; you never have to provide it to get a recommendation.
A quote is created only when you ask for one and provide the details yourself.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@myshoptechnologies.com. We answer within 30 days. Every quote email also lets you reply to opt out.
You can disconnect the connector from your AI assistant at any time in that assistant's settings.

6. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Personal data from request_quote is sent only to our quoting system and is kept out of logs.

7. Children

The connector is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
